- half seasoned caciocavallo cheese
- grated hard bread
- a lettuce or radicchio leaf
Take a non-stick pan.
Cut a caciocavallo cheese slice sizing about 1 cm thick, 5 cm wide and 8 cm long. Avoiding greasing the pan, put it over the medium heat with the caciocavallo slice and a spoon of grated bread. As soon as the caciocavallo starts to warm up, it will release some grease. So it will be possible to let the slice slide over the pan letting the grated bread stick to it.
So it will be enough to move the pan to let the slice get breaded. Add some more bread if it will not be enough. Turn the slice to bread the other side.
In this way you will get a perfectly breaded caciocavallo slice.
Serve over a lettuce or radicchio leaf.
